Return and delivery policy

All products ordered on MGW are delivered by carriers or post. The package is discreet, anonymous and has no visible sign of its content. The name of the company does not appear anywhere on the envelope, nor does it mention a return address. All cannabis seeds are well wrapped in bubble wrap.



- The delivery time is 3 to 15 working days.
- Public places, post office boxes and pick-up points are not acceptable as delivery address. We only deliver to private addresses.
- Please provide a valid name and shipping address to expedite delivery.
- All seeds are shipped only within the EU.
- All deliveries are against signature. Your delivery person will leave a notice if you are not available to pick up the package, an item that can be left in your mailbox to speed up the process.
- Can not specify a specific delivery date or time.
- The delivery person will not contact you to check that you are at home.
- The final delivery in your country will be supported by your local delivery service. Some of our National Postal Services include: Germany (DHL), France (Colissimo), Italy (SDA Italia), Greece (ELTA), Spain (Correos), Netherlands (PostNL), Portugal (CTT), United Kingdom ( Hermes).
- A tracking link will be sent to the e-mail address you specified when the package will be shipped from the EU. Please check your junk mail folder if you can not find this link. Note that it may take several days for the final delivery service code to be available.


1. Your satisfaction is important to us and we strive to bring you the best service possible. Appropriate delivery information and payment from the customer is required. Providing them at the time of purchase saves time and money.MGW will not be held responsible for incorrect or invalid information. Consumers are responsible if incorrect information results in incorrect delivery or non-delivery, retention or fees.

2. MGW transmits the responsibility and the obligations to the customer once the order leaves our warehouses. If your package is to be stopped by any international customs procedure, MGW can not be held responsible for any costs incurred. The customer is responsible for any order once it has been shipped.

At MGW, we are proud to bring our customers only the best quality cbd flower, cbd oil and accessories.

However, should you encounter a problem with a product (or parts of a product) ordered from us, we will be happy to reimburse you. This is part of our commitment to quality and good customer service.
In the rare case where you have a problem with any of our products, we ask you to contact us within 7 days and return the product.

You have the right to return any product ordered from our store (or parts of any product ordered from our store) within 7 days of your purchase. You do not need to provide us with a reason to return any product or parts.
If you wish to exercise this right and return your order, you must notify by letter or by cancellation form that will be sent to you by mail or by post within the same time.

During these 7 days, you have the right to evaluate the purchased product as you would in a physical store. You can also open the packaging of a product, unless it is sealed. If we had decided that you went beyond a simple evaluation of the product, we could charge you for any loss of value.

If you ordered multiple products with different delivery times, the 7-day return period ends after you take possession of the last product.
In order to exercise these rights and to return the product, we ask you to contact us within 7 days following the reception of your product via the contact form on our website.

We will send you a set of instructions for the return and a return label.
